Before starting the work, I'll most likely ask for several references!

There are no refunds! So please, before requesting a project, ask any questions and contact me (I value communication).

I charge 50% after approving the sketch (the sketch is used to refine large details; positions (basic lighting and characters); expressions; accessories; clothing; etc.).

If the 50% is not paid, the drawing will not be confirmed; therefore, I will give priority to anyone who has paid.

During the process, I will be aware of any non-structural changes (previously covered in the sketch) that are necessary (setting; lighting; shadows; colors; etc.).

It takes a maximum of two or three weeks (depending on what is requested, it may vary).

If there is a long waiting list or something comes up, it may take a little longer than agreed. In that case, I will always communicate with the client.

The completed work I submit may not be used for profit (an agreement can be reached with prior notice).

If I feel uncomfortable with the commission/deal, I will abandon the project.

Submissions are made via Gmail (png format).

If necessary, I will charge extra after 3 changes, whether structural/color/background (after you have given the OK to the sketch.)

For additional characters, a 25% discount will be added to the total price (see the pricing section for more details).

Very complex backgrounds and intricate character details incur an additional charge (see the pricing section for more details).
